Viewing Outlook in Multiple Windows

Having multiple windows open in outlook can be very helpful. For example, if you are creating an email and need to look at your Outlook calendar, you don't have to close the email window and open your calendar. Simply right click right click on the calendar tab on the Navigation Pane on the left side of the Outlook window and select Open in New Window. This will open your calendar in a new window and can be viewed while your new message window is open. This feature works for the following tabs within the Navigation pane:

  •    Calendar
  •    Contacts
  •    Tasks
  •    Notes

Give this a try. It is a great time saver.
